Individual cooling tubes

The MESABI® BOSS™ Radiator is designed for equipment operating in salt-corrosive environments. Brass finning is brazed to brass tubes; no solder is used.


The BOSS™ Radiator uses standard MESABI® seals that are time and field-proven to be highly resistant to cooling system additives.


The MESABI® BOSS™ can be custom designed to your specifications.

The MESABI V-PACK Cooling package conserves valuable deck space by allowing an engine radiator and oil cooler to share a common framework and fa, It also offers the fields-repairable features of all MESABI heat exchangers.

 

The radiator forms one half of a "V"-shaped frame and the oil cooler the other half. Both share a horizontal fan at the top of the "V" which pulls air to the "V" and exhaust it upward. Hot, dusty and often dirty air, as well as fan noise is directed away from people and equptment.

 

Angle of the "V" can be varied as well as height and width of the frame to meet a wide range of engine and compressor oil cooling requirements.

 

The MESABI V-PACK is for any cooling application where space is at a premium. It is particulalrly well.

 

Adapted for cramped truck

 

Adapted for cramped truck deck or where a low profile would be desirable, such as equipment with booms which store flat.

 

A MESABI "V-PACK" installation comprised of a radiator on one side and a compressor/hydraulic oil cooler on the other, saves deck space on this truck-mounted drill rig. It also eliminates the blast of hot air accross the work deck.
